To The Endorphins, Christmas means being grateful for your loved ones and for the quality time that you spend together. Now they’re releasing their first ever holiday song – a cover of Donny Hathaway’s ‘This Christmas’.

About ‘This Christmas’

The Endorphins explains why they love Christmas and why they chose to cover Donny Hathaway’s classic track:

“One of us is more fanatical about Christmas than the other, and that’s probably why we felt like creating a Christmas song. But we both put family first and value those moments when we’re all together. That’s what Christmas is all about for us” says the duo, and continues:

“We chose to do a cover of this song since it’s one of the most tasteful Christmas songs we know – a genre that easily turns cheesy. We’re also huge fans of Donny Hathaway, He was such a great songwriter and artist who doesn’t get praised enough.“

With a modern R&B sound, inspired by some of their biggest inspirations such as H.E.R., Daniel Ceaser, Frank Ocean and Nao – The Endorphins still manage to keep that warm, holiday vibe to the song.
