Berlin based DJ & Producer act HYPERCLAP have revealed their debut track ‘Clouds’. The track is the inaugural release from brand new Hamburg based imprint NAPA Songs.

HYPERCLAP make electronic music with no musical boundaries. While their production style is firmly rooted in dance music, their soundscapes can be reminiscent of artists as diverse as Flume, Mount Kimbie, Timbaland and Aphex Twin.

While the personas behind the name remain a mystery, HYPERCLAP started to build an audience on Soundcloud, where they have posted a series of bootleg remixes. ‘Clouds’ is the first original material to emerge from the artist.

The anti-climactic production of ‘Clouds’ reveals the fragility of the songs vocals, and presents to the world an artist who is in the early stages of developing a signature sound.
