Ollie Joseph never believed his music could actually go somewhere, until meeting his manager in a coffee shop. Ollie rapped for him in the middle of the cafe and the rest is history. Ollie spent most of his early childhood growing up in Japan before moving to California and eventually to Michigan. His first song, “How It’s Going Down” was produced by one of the top young producers, Siren. Ollie Joseph’s latest release, “Whatever Happens” was also produced by Siren and features the beautiful vocals of singer/songwriter, Alexa Lusader. As Ollie says, ” I worked very hard to construct a story of wanting to take this seriously, but not letting my parents down, and trying to put that all into a song.” The cover art for “Whatever Happens” was uncolored because “I’m just starting out professionally with music, so its a sketch and I’m not even closed to being colored in”. Now we’re getting ready to release, “Life Goals”, which again, features vocals from Alexa Lusader and is produced by Siren. The release of this song is happening at the same time that Ollie is moving to Los Angeles to focus on music full time.
