Singer songwriter Allan Rayman, often branded as the most mysterious man in music, has released a new single today titled, “Rose.” The song is the first track off the upcoming album, Harry Hard-On, to be released on November 16th and produced by Andrew Dawson(Daytona [Pusha T], My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy [Kanye West]) via Universal Music Canada/ Republic Records/ KIDindaKorner. The album marks Rayman’s first material out on Alex da Kid’s label KIDinaKorner. Rayman is currently on a multi-country headlining tour, full details are below.

The upcoming album, Harry Hard-On, mixes elements of 80’s rock and that familiar 90’s grunge sound Rayman utilized throughout last year’s Courtney EP and his Roadhouse 01 long-player, with R&B and hip-hop influences apparent. The album leaves us with anthems and ballads alike, with the lead track “Rose” carving the storyline by exploring the dark side of fandom with the idea that no matter how big or small an artist is, you never know who is in the audience. The video for the single was directed by Steph Verschuren, who previously collaborated with Rayman on the video for his 2017 hit “Word of Mouth” and “Go My Way.”

Garnering over 100 million streams for tantalizing early releases on Ben Lovett’s Communion Records, incendiary live performances and acclaimed collaborations Rayman’s career is quickly rising, receiving praise from critics including Pigeons and Planes who noted, “with a distinct singing voice and the ability to craft vivid imagery with his lyrics, Allan Rayman is worth paying close attention to.”
